Meet "Elwood," voted this weekend as the world's ugliest dog in Petaluma, CA. Click on the blog title to see the fair's website. Elwood is two years old and was rescued by his much more attractive mother when she learned that Elwood's breeder was going to euthanize him because he was too ugly to sell. He is a Chinese Crested/Chihuahua mix. Nearly every contestant had some Chinese Crested in him or her. Coincidence? I think not.
