Lighten up, for Christ's sake!
What better way to cheer oneself up than an annual visit to your primary physician? Irony of the day was their office calling to confirm all my details a few days prior--address, insurance, sexual inactivity--but neglecting to tell me they had moved their office across town.
They are such the practical jokers over there!
I killed time waiting for my doc by reading an inspiring tome: Mr. Potato Head: Put on a Happy Face!
And when was the last time Mr. Potato got nekkid and put his feet in stirrups? That's what I thought.
The doc asked my favorite question: "What are you using for birth control these days?"
"I'm with Governor Palin on this one, doc. It's all about abstinence."
She looked worried. Probably a damn Democrat.
The fun continued with a full pelvic and an admonishment to "Get over it" and go get a mammogram. (Hey, can't they cut a size AAA a break?!)
And what have YOU done for fun, lately?
Where's the female Potato Doc? And why are they all married???
